Attorney Bill Greenberg's Profile

Mr. Greenberg

In the 40 years that Bill Greenberg has been actively practicing civil and select criminal litigation, he has experienced court proceedings in almost every aspect of the practice in all types of cases, both prosecuting and defending

He is an accomplished and skillful litigator, and has earned the respect of his adversaries and judges in both state and federal courts. He will always ethically and tenaciously be counted upon to uphold his client's rights in any litigation proceeding, civil or criminal.

He characterizes his law practice as focused, single-minded advocacy. He practices law as a calling and as profession in the old-fashioned sense, not just as a business selling a service. His true compensation is the satisfaction of providing a client in litigation, civil or criminal, with the best legal outcome to which that client is entitled under the law.  When he undertakes to represent a client, he becomes directly involved in every aspect of his client's legal situation. He does not refer the matter to other members of the firm. If agrees to be your attorney, you can expect direct contact with him at every stage and decision in the litigation. He knows every page of your file.  He interviews every witness and makes every phone call relevant to your case. And this hands-on, direct approach has helped him get extraordinary results for his clients.
